  2. The Website provides functions for\nobtaining information about Customers and their behaviour by:
    1. Information voluntarily provided in\nforms.<\/li><\/ol>
      1. Storing cookies on terminal\ndevices. <\/li><\/ol>
        1. Collecting WWW serves logs by the\nWebsite host (necessary for the correct operation of the Website). <\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          2. Information in Forms <\/h2>\n\n\n\n
          1. CADWORK\nPoland sp. z o.o. collects information voluntarily\nprovided by the Customer.<\/li>
          2. CADWORK\nPoland sp. z o.o. can automatically save information\non the connection parameters (time, IP address). <\/li>
          3. The data in the form is not made\navailable to third parties other than with the Customer’s consent unless\nprovided otherwise (results from the provisions of law). <\/li>
          4. The data provided in the form is\nprocessed for a purpose resulting from the function of the form. e.g. to answer\nan inquiry.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            3. Information on Cookies <\/h2>\n\n\n\n
            1. The Website uses cookies. <\/li>
            2. Cookies are IT data, in particular\ntext files, which are stored on the Customer’s terminal devices and are\nintended for the use of the Website. Cookies usually include the name of the\nwebsite of their origin, the time of storing them on the terminal device and a\nunique number. <\/li>
            3. The entity placing cookies on the\nterminal device of the Customer and obtaining access to them is the operator of\nthe Website CADWORK Poland sp. z o.o. Cookies are used\nto:
              1. Create statistics that help to\nunderstand how the visitors use the Website, which makes it possible to improve\nthe structure and content.<\/li><\/ol>
                1. Determine the Customer profile to\nshow them tailored material in ad networks, especially Google.<\/li><\/ol><\/li>
                2. Two basic types of cookies are used\non the Website: session cookies and persistent cookies. Session cookies are\ntemporary files which are stored on the terminal device of the customer until\nlogging out, leaving the Website or closing the software (a browser).\nPersistent cookies are stored on the terminal device of the Customer for a time\nset in the cookies parameters or until removing them by the Customer. <\/li>
                3. Usually, the software for browsing\nwebsites (the browser) allows for storing cookies on the Customer’s terminal\ndevice by default. The Customers can change the settings in this respect.
                  \nThe browser makes it possible to remove cookies. It is also\npossible to automatically block cookies. You can find detailed information on\nthis subject in the help tab or the Website documentation. <\/li>
                4. Limiting the use of cookies may\nimpact some of the functionalities available on the Website.<\/li>
                5. Cookies placed on the terminal\ndevice of the Customer may also be used by parties working with advertisers’\nwebsites and partners. <\/li>
                6. Cookies may be used by ad networks,\nespecially Google, to display advertisements adjusted to the way the Customer\nuses the Website. To this end, they may save the information on the Customer’s\nnavigation path or the duration of staying on the Website. <\/li>
                7. The Customer may not agree to the\nprocessing of cookies by not accepting the consent for their processing\ndisplayed on the website (this may result in the website working incorrectly).\nFor the information on the preferences of the Customer collected by the Google\nad network, the Customer may view and edit the information resulting from\ncookies using: https:\/\/www.google.com\/ads\/preferences\/.\n<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                  4. Server Logs <\/h2>\n\n\n\n
                  1. Information on some Customer’s\nbehaviours is logged in the server layer.
                    \nSuch data is used only to administer the Website and ensure\nthe most efficient operation of the hosting services provided. <\/li>
                  2. The content viewed is identified by\nURL addresses. The following can also be logged:
                    1. The time of receiving an order or\ninquiry <\/li><\/ol>
                      1. The time of sending the answer <\/li><\/ol>
                        1. The name of the client station –\nidentification via HTTP <\/li><\/ol>
                          1. Information on errors that occurred\nduring the HTTP transaction <\/li><\/ol>
                            1. The URL address of the website\npreviously visited by the Customer (referer link) – if the website was accessed\nvia a link <\/li><\/ol>
                              1. Information on the Customer’s\nbrowser, mostly information on the IP address The above data is not associated\nwith individual persons visiting websites – within the meaning of the law, it\nis anonymous. <\/li><\/ol>
                                1. The above data is used only for the\npurpose of administering the server. <\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                                  5. Data Sharing <\/h2>\n\n\n\n
                                  1. Data is only shared with third\nparties within the limits permitted by law. <\/li>
                                  2. CADWORK\nPoland sp. z o.o. can be obliged to provide\nauthorised bodies with information collected by the Website based on legal\nrequests in a scope resulting from the request. <\/li>
                                  3. In such a case, Customers shall be\ninformed about a new Data Controller of their personal data in line with the\napplicable laws. <\/li>
                                  4. Data recipients may be entities\nproviding IT services for the Data Controller. <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                                    6. Personal Data Protection <\/h2>\n\n\n\n
                                    1. The Website of CADWORK\nPoland sp. z o.o. ensures the security of the Customers’ personal data\nand therefore the connection between the Customer and the server is encrypted\nwhenever personal data is required. This way the Customers do not need to worry\nthat the data sent from or to the server will be viewed, captured and used by\nanyone. <\/li>

                                    3. Personal data has been provided\nwillingly and voluntarily and shall be processed only for the purposes stated\nin sections 3(4), 4(4) and 5(4) of this document. <\/li>
                                    4. Without explicit consent, personal\ndata shall not be shared with other data recipients, apart from subcontractors\nof our IT services for system maintenance purposes. <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                                      7. Amendment, Rectification,\nDeletion and Processing of Personal Data <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In line with Regulation (EU) No\n2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the\nprotection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on\nthe free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95\/46\/EC (General Data\nProtection Regulation), CADWORK Poland sp. z o.o. guarantees\nits Customers free access to their personal data, and the right to amend,\nforget, rectify and delete. <\/li>

                                      4. CADWORK\nPoland sp. z o.o. uses automated processing of\npersonal data, such as profiling, to adapt the offer to the Customer’s\npreferences. <\/li>
                                      5. The Customer has the right to lodge\na complaint with the supervisory authority. <\/li>
                                      6. A description of how to withdraw\nconsent to the processing of cookies can be found in section 9. of this\ndocument. <\/li>
                                      7. Consents for the processing of\npersonal data always have a duration indicated. If no duration is indicated,\nthey shall remain in force until the consent is revoked, and after such\nrevocation, for the period of the statute of limitations of the claims to which\nthe Data Controller is entitled and against it unless the processing is carried\nout based on legal provisions other than the consent given. <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
